Christy puts a little humor and a lot of heart into helping you feel understood and empowered. With your readiness, they will carefully guide you to find your voice, improve awareness and self-compassion, cultivate affirming thoughts, and achieve peace. Let’s recreate your life’s narratives so you can move forward feeling balanced and whole again.
"Come as you are and they will meet you there to help you reconnect with your authentic self." - Christy Churchill, LCSW
